ED 7101 - Practicum in School Finance and Policy

In this practicum, students will apply what they are learning in ED 7001 School Finance and Policy. They will meet with the person(s) at their school who develop the budget and create policies. They will review with their administration how the budget is developed and moved from school to district level. They will attend at least one school board meeting. They will develop a reflective paper outlining what they have learned and include helpful hints for when they are administrators responsible for the school budget and policies. EdD students are required to take this concurrently with ED 7001 - School Finance and Policy.
