MG 6615 - Operational Planning Students will examine and apply the process of strategic thinking and planning. Globalization is forcing organizations to undergo and adapt to changing markets, consolidation, strategic alliances and ventures, specialization, and tactical startups. Students will explore and implement the various strategic decisions, competitive analysis, and managerial skills required to support both short-term and long-term organizational goals. Students will assume the roles of key decision makers in analyzing these issues and make strategic recommendations. (3 credits)
