ED 5000 - Technology and Information Literacy

This course prepares students with the theory and practice of effectively integrating technology and technology applications into the elementary and secondary classroom. Students will be versed in a variety of technology skills, tools, and applications as they relate to teaching, learning, and assessment. Strategies will be explored in developing technology skills in using these resources in the classroom setting. Safe, ethical and legal issues will also be addressed. Is required by those seeking Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Physical Education K-12 and Theatre Education K-12 Certification.
