BU 4050 - Advanced Corporate Finance This course analyzes the major decision-making areas of corporate finance from the standpoint of corporate executives, shareholders and corporate advisors. Using current best practices in financial tools and techniques, students will perform a series of simulations based on actual corporate finance deals and projects. These simulations expose students to critical corporate finance issues and solutions and provide practical, hands-on experience in dealing with situations in valuation, capital structure, investment allocation, dividend policy, mergers and acquisitions, real options, and ethics.
