Program Description

The Online Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership Program at New England College was developed for educational professionals to take on leadership roles while managing multiple responsibilities at work and home. Built on four “anchor” courses and eight core research courses, this equity leadership-centered curriculum prepares PK-20 leaders to address issues that have not yet arisen. The 3-year, accelerated, cohort-based program empowers students to begin considering their dissertation research in the very first course and is scaffolded throughout program coursework. Accessible faculty who are scholar-practitioners with significant professional experience guide students in examining, analyzing, and problem-solving issues impacting education today…and tomorrow.
