ED 6240 - Pedagogy and Assessment in Visual Arts Education

This course will provide students with the foundational skills to effectively implement lessons specific to the area of Visual Arts Education. Students will demonstrate their understanding of planning and instruction techniques and apply them to the Visual Arts Education setting. This course will also provide students with an opportunity to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate assessment practices that align with the content and are based in the scientific and theoretical knowledge of Visual Arts Education. Prerequisites: ED 6116 . Credits: 4
