HCA 3040 - Outcomes Assessment and Quality Management

This course focuses on both theoretical learning and acquisition of skills necessary to manage aspects of “quality” as they apply to healthcare settings, both clinical and non‐clinical. Emphasis is on understanding the basics for development of quality and performance improvement activities designed to achieve desired outcomes, and to analyze and interpret data for quality purposes.
