HCA 1010 (effective Summer 1 2020) - Introduction to Healthcare Administration

This entry level course provides students with a broad overview of healthcare administration (HCA). The topics covered will allow students to better understand the overall HCA curriculum and ultimate career opportunities which will await them upon graduation. The course will examine the healthcare system from the perspective of the healthcare administrator as it evaluates career skills and industry services, regulations, insurance, and policy.
