BU 2280 - Conflict Resolution and Negotiation

Students will learn the theory and methods of conflict resolution and negotiation through a series of case studies and simulations. Conflict resolution styles and negotiation skills and tools will be also covered in conceptual readings, which students will then apply to the case studies. 3 credits
