PS 4420 - Psychological Assessment

In this course students will learn about the various ways that psychological tests are used to access individual’s cognitive, emotional, and mental state. Current techniques and methods in test selection, test administration, and psychological report writing will be introduced. Assessment instruments to be examined will include constructs such as intelligence, personality, clinical screening, psychodiagnosis, and achievement. (4 credits)
