PM 5310 - Project Management and Procurement

In this course students will examine and analyze aspects of planning, managing, and controlling IT purchasing and finance. Applying economic criteria to alternate designs and proposals, students will explore various methods to measure productivity and value. Internal and external factors including the management of contractors and subcontractors in support of best practices and the efficient management of available resources will also be explored.
