ED 6415 - Leading Systems Change and School Reform

This course provides students a foundation for becoming agents of change in their classrooms, schools, districts, and communities. Students will explore how systems can change and the connection of this change to their own work that can lead to school reform. The basics of organizations and change will be covered along with the span of school reform topics that are needed to improve education in today’s climate. Credits: 4
