ED 5820 - Progressive Trends in Education

This course will explore various trends in K-12 education. Each session, a different topic or trend is explored. These topics range from professional learning to school safety to trauma-informed school culture. Students will engage in readings, videos, lectures, activities, and assessments related to the topic to reflect on how this trend influences and impacts their practice within their role. Personalized assessments will provide the opportunity for students to create a product that can be utilized within their practice. Credits: 3 Repeatable with content change.
