GD 3210 - 3D Animation II


In this course students will build upon the skills acquired in 3D Animation I to create animated characters and environments. Topics to be covered include rigging, environmental effects and particle systems, and more advanced modeling techniques. Additionally, this course will explore animation techniques such as path-based animation, animated cameras, lighting, and particle systems. Students will explore these topics and techniques through in-class exercises and short animated sequences. Prerequisites: GD 2410 3D Animation I Â  Offered every spring Credits: 4
