CS 3101 - Policy, Legal, Ethics and Compliance In this course, students will to gain an understanding of information assurance in the context of the rules and guidelines that control security measures and threats/crises. Students will examine the applicable laws and policies related to cyber defense, their responsibilities related to the handling of data as it pertains to legal, ethical and/or agency auditing issues, and the type of legal dispute (civil, criminal, private) affects the evidence used to resolve an issue. (4 credits)
