CRW 205 - Reading as a Writer A good writer is first a good reader. Furthermore, as Vladimir Nabokov said, A good reader, a major reader, an active and creative reader, is a re-reader. Through close readings of stories, novels, poems, and memoir, students will study how a literary work works to make meaning through form, style and voice. Students will keep a reading journal and be evaluated on the basis of the journal and class participation. (3 Credits )
