PE 1640 - Physical Conditioning This is a conditioning course intended for students who are already moderately active and who want to increase their levels of cardio‐respiratory and musculo‐skeletal fitness. Moderate to high‐intensity training methods such as walking/jogging, interval, circuit, fartlek training, plyometrics, Pilates, and resistance training are typically offered. (1 Credit)
