HEA 5230 - Stakeholder Relations

The higher education environment presents numerous challenges and opportunities for effectively communicating with an institution’s diverse stakeholders. This course will help to prepare campus public safety administrators with the knowledge needed to effectively manage internal and external relations with various stakeholder groups, including students, faculty, staff, administrators, governing boards, parents, community members, elected officials, outside law enforcement agencies and others.
