HEA 8050 - Advanced Student Development The development of competencies needed to address and assist diverse populations of students is the focus of the course. In this seminar students will identify, critique, and evaluate student development theories, including those related to identity development, moral and cognitive development, and learning and engagement. Students will apply theoretical knowledge to the development of programs and services that facilitate student development and achievement. (4 credits) Is required of those seeking Principal and Superintendent Certification.
