ED 7031 - Practicum in Reading and Writing Specialist Part I

Students enrolled in this course are required to spend a minimum of 15 hours a week developing their skills as Reading and Writing Specialists working directly with a certified Reading and Writing Specialist. They will work directly with students, collaborate with teachers, and take a leadership role in managing the required roles of a Reading and Writing Specialist. A college supervisor will hold an initial triad meeting to set expectations and a final triad meeting to evaluate progress and readiness to move on to ED 7032 Practicum in Reading and Writing Specialist Part II.
