PO 6320 - Leadership and Negotiations The focus of this course is the interplay between effective leadership, the art of negotiation, and timely and effective decision-making. Apart from serving as marketing terms, each of the three concepts are critical to effective public policy making. The course examines their interplay within the context of public servants and their efforts to serve the public good. In addition to specific public policy, students will examine the role that perception plays in the public policy process. Ethics and power are important aspects of this course. (4 credits)
