ED 6753 - Transition Services for Students in Alternative Education This course provides an overview of techniques and processes used in programming for the needs of individuals as they prepare for transition to alternative programs and back to a comprehensive school program. This course will also focus on the development of an Alternative Education Plan and Transition Plan. Discussion will also focus on postsecondary programs and employment opportunities. Emphasis on skills related to professional liaison and support roles in the design of instructional arrangements and cooperative training.
