MG 6975 - Strategic Capstone The Capstone project provides an integrative experience in developing an actual program or solution to an organization problem. Students assume responsibility for all components of completing the paper, from selecting the topic, researching the literature, preparing a research design and writing solutions while working closely with their instructor and a peer partner to complete the paper. The capstone experience requires students to integrate principles, theories, and methods learned in prior courses required throughout their program. Students creatively analyze, synthesize, and evaluate learned knowledge in the project having a professional focus and communicate the results of the project effectively at a professional level. (2 credits) Note: For MBA program MG 6040 and MG 6975 are combined into one 4‐ credit class.
