ED 6410 - Dynamics of Educational Reform and Systems Change This course will examine schools from a systems perspective and theories of social and organizational change. Authoritarian and participatory leadership models will be examined and participants will conduct an extensive review of recent research in the field of educational reform. Participants will apply their understanding of various systems models to plan and design a complex systemic reform initiative. (4 credits) There is a 30 hour practical experience component for those seeking certification. (MED CORE Requirement)
