DBA 8808 - Emerging Theories and Practice of Organizational Leadership

This course explores how leadership is evolving in response to rapid social, technological, and organizational change. Students examine unconventional and emerging perspectives such as distributed and network leadership, collective intelligence, and the influence of data and automation on decision-making. Emphasis is placed on experimentation, reflection, and integrating research and practice to understand how leaders create meaning, trust, and direction within adaptive systems where human and machine intelligence increasingly converge.
