DBA 8705 - Accounting and Financial Strategy This course provides students with an integrated understanding of accounting and finance as tools for strategic leadership and organizational performance. Students analyze financial statements, interpret accounting data for decision-making, and evaluate the fiscal implications of strategic initiatives. Topics include managerial and financial accounting, performance measurement, valuation, budgeting, cost analysis, capital investment, and financial risk assessment. Emphasis is placed on applying accounting and finance strategies to executive decisions involving growth, innovation, and resource allocation. Credits: 3
