ED 7130 - Critical Concepts in Human Resource Management This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the critical concepts in human resource management in which school superintendents must be well-versed to effectively manage their human resources and create an appropriate and conducive learning environment for students and staff. The course incorporates current trends and updates in human resource management to ensure that participants are equipped with contemporary knowledge and practices. The content is crucial for educational leaders to effectively manage personnel, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the success of their districts.
