It is clear that educational organizations are not providing equitable opportunities or fostering equitable outcomes for all students. In this “anchor” course, students will apply their learning from previous courses to analyze reasons for inequitable opportunities and outcomes and explore strategies for organizational change ensure all students the chance realize their potential.
