NU 1140 - Health Assessment II

This course is the second of two foundational health assessment courses that provide students with comprehensive instruction on the pathology related to the human body’s organization, structures, and functions. Students will review medical terminology, normal anatomy and physiology, and health assessment of each body system and learn how pathology impactshomeostasis across the lifespan. Students will demonstrate health assessment skills in the nursing lab. This course is required for all nursing majors.

Prerequisite: NU 1120 - Health Assessment I Credits: 4
