SU 2100 - Introduction to Sustainability

Sustainability is a multi-disciplinary field of study incorporating both natural and social sciences, business, and engineering. The theory and practice of sustainability depend on meeting the demand and consumption of natural resources without exhausting the supply for others today and in the future. Content focuses on efforts to meet society’s long-term requirements for food, water, shelter, energy, transportation, and social justice while maintaining a vibrant growing economy.
