PE 1790 - Movement for Relaxation and Revitalization A course in gentle bodywork, breathing exercises and meditation practices intended to open the vital energy pathways, tone and balance the major organs and glands and the nervous system, improve spinal alignment and flexibility, and enhance mental, emotional and spiritual clarity and balance. Movement forms practiced in the course may include yoga, sotai, qigong, and tai chi. (1 Credit) Course may be repeated for credit with a different instructor and/or topic.
