BU 4120 - Marketing Channels and E-Commerce


From a channel management perspective, this course is designed to understand how organizations developing offline and online distribution channels and strategies may leverage value creation, market differentiation and competitive advantage.  From an e-commerce perspective, the goal of this course is to prepare students as future executives, managers and strategists to create value in the networked economy and to gain understanding and insight on how new technology and media forms have created unprecedented challenges and opportunities in business.
