AN 3370 - Sound Design

While films, animation, and games are fundamentally visual media, sound design allows artists and designers to create more immersive and dynamic experiences for the audience, viewer, or player. This course introduces students to the history and concepts of sound design, sound effects and dialog recording, and audio post-production. From video production to game design, the topics and techniques addressed in this course can be applied across disciplines. Offered every other year. Credits: 4 Offered as needed.
