NU 3120 - Evidence & Informatics This hybrid course integrates evidence-based practice and informatics, examining the essential elements of the research process and models for applying evidence in clinical practice to support nursing care, quality standards, and fostering analytical thinking that reduces risk. Designed to spark the student’s spirit of inquiry, students will have an opportunity to begin transforming research into practice by developing a clinical question, collecting data, appraising, and disseminating new evidence.
Prerequisite: NU 2140 - Cooperative Experience II - Concepts of Health & Illness Across the Lifespan & Care Continuum Credits: 4
