BU 4490 - Project Performance and Quality Assurance

This course provides the student with tools and techniques to ensure that a project achieves the desired level of quality outcomes. The major emphasis of the course examines how quality is defined, quality plans, control charts, peer reviews, check lists, and process mapping.
