HS 2490 - Europe Since World War I

Through a mix of readings, discussions and lectures this course will explore the political, social, military and cultural factors that contributed to the changes that occurred in European society during the 20th century. Topics will include the rise and fall of Communism, World War II and the Holocaust, the Cold War and the emergence of international terrorism. Credits: 4 (Formerly HS 3450)
