ED 7032 - Practicum in Reading and Writing Specialist Part II

Students enrolled in this course are required to spend a minimum of 15 hours a week further developing their skills as Reading and Writing Specialists working directly with a certified Reading and Writing Specialist. They will work directly with students, collaborate with teachers, and take a leadership role in managing the required roles of a Reading and Writing Specialist building on the skills and knowledge they acquired in Practicum in Reading and Writing Specialist Part I. A college supervisor will hold an initial triad meeting to review expectations and a final triad meeting to evaluate progress. (1 credit) Meets MED & CAGS Concentration Requirment: Reading & Writing Specialist (does not provide Certification)
